Seat's car sales in Mexico inch forward

Spanish carmaker Seat's sales in Mexico grew 0.4 percent in 2013.

The figure represents 21,200 new vehicles sold during the year.

The firm's global sales grew 10.6 percent, the highest figure in the past five years.
