Shortcomings in security compromise Costa Rican aviation

Costa Rica will use all measures available to reverse a US measure that forbids new flights by the Central American country's airlines, Volaris and Avianca.

Current flights will not be affected, but the measure puts a freeze on new US flights and represents the downgrading to category 2 of the rating of the US Federal Aviation Administration, reports La República in Spanish.
