Slowly but surely, bigger Canal will boost Panama

Income from the expanded Panama Canal will increase slowly but surely in coming years, said the Canal’s administrator, Jorge Quijano.

Projections of international financial organizations are that the expanded Canal will ensure Panama 6 percent economic growth for the coming five years.
