Solis proposes agenda for middle-income nations

Luis Guillermo Solís, the Costa Rican president, called for a joint working agenda for middle-income countries. He was speaking at the summit of the regional organization, Celac, in Costa Rica.

Solis said the region’s nations need a common focus while cooperating with other developing countries.
