Spain offers technical know-how to Costa Rica

Spain's Minister of Equipment, Ana Pastor, offered Costa Rica her country's experience and support for the development of infrastructure such as airports, ports and trains, during her one-day visit to the Central American nation.
"We are open to all types of collaboration that Costa Rica may need from Spain," Pastor said.
Spain can help not only through its companies operating in Costa Rica, but also in terms of specialist training, said Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solís.
