Spain’s Gas Natural confirms sale of Guatemalan assets to Britain’s Actis

Spain's Gas Natural confirmed it has reached a deal to sell its assets in Guatemala, including two local power distributors, for $345 million.

Barcelona-based Gas Natural, a natural gas and electricity company, said the assets will be acquired by Actis, a British investment fund.

Gas Natural added it doesn't plan to book significant capital gains on the deal.
