Spain to help Panama with public spending

The Government of Spain has agreed to give counsel to Panama regarding efficient public spending.

Spain's engineering consultant INECO will give technical assistance to the Panamanian government in areas such as water and waste management infrastructure.

The agreement was signed between Panamanian President Juan Carlos Varela and his Spanish counterpart Mariano Rajoy.
