Spain to increase cooperation with Colombia

Spain and Colombia have signed a document that establishes strategic priorities for bilateral cooperation over the next two years, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation said.
"Spain will give the Colombian government access to new technical and financial cooperation resources for the next two years," the agency said in a statement.
Among the resources are the Latin American Technical Cooperation Porgram, the Sustainable Development Fund and the Development Promotion Fund.
