Spanish fund to provide $33.5 million for water and sanitation in El Salvador

El Salvador's environment and natural resources ministry, national water and sewerage authority, Anda, and the Spanish government have signed an agreement to disburse funds for water programs.
 
The Spanish government's cooperation fund for water and sanitation in Latin America and the Caribbean is providing $33.5 million for waterworks.
 
The agreement is part of an accord between the two countries aiming to prioritize projects receiving aid from Spain during 2010-2014, the report said.
