Standard & Poor’s warns Mexico of dangers of state-sector debt

The Standard & Poor’s rating agency warned Mexico about the size of its debt, reducing its perspective from “stable” to “negative” because government finances show greater vulnerability.
The government has little room to move, the agency said, because of the “disappointing” performance of the economy.
