State-owned kölbi aims to contain Tigo in Costa Rica

Costa Rica's state-owned mobile operator, kölbi, stepped up its 4G coverage ahead of the expansion of Tigo's cellular service, whose purchase of the nation's Movistar services is soon to be approved.
