Taiwan leader extols friendship with Honduras

President Ma Ying-jeou of Taiwan extolled the long-standing diplomatic ties between Taiwan and Honduras, praising the Central American country as a friend indeed and envisioning broader exchanges between the two sides.

In March, Taiwan provided three UH-1H helicopters to Honduras and offered to help with their maintenance and repairs through video conferencing, according to Ma.
