Panama's economic boom is creating problems for business recruiters, who can't find enough personnel to fill the jobs being created.
This was the conclusion reported last week in Manpower's 2010 International Talent Shortage Survey of 36 countries.
The situation means opportunities for professionals from other countries.
In Latin America, Panama was in fourth place in terms of difficulty of finding staff, behind Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.
Among the hardest positions to fill are technicians, sales managers, accountants and financial analysts.
