Leticia Gasca has made a career and built a successful brand — out of failure. It all started over mezcal, the drink of the Mexican millennials.

From one moment of catharsis, F***Up Nights (FUN) was born. Today, entrepreneurs in more than 220 cities in 72 countries stand up in public every month to recount how they blew it in business in a seven-minute TED talk-like speech illustrated with 10 images.
