Teletica seeks stronger presence in Costa Rica

Costa Rican telecoms firm Teletica has begun to offer cellular phone services to its pay TV, broadband and fixed-line phone customers, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The company aims to boost the presence of its Cabletica brand and offer it along with its other services through double or triple play packages.

Cabletica accounted for 22 percent of Costa Rica's pay TV and broadband subscribers in 2013, according to official data.
