Television sales in Costa Rica could shoot up

Costa Rican businesses are expecting a surge in television sales in June and July.

Father's day and football games are expected to see up to 25 percent growth in new television sales.

Some 15 percent Costa Rican homes owned a conventional, LCD, plasma or LED television in 2011.
