Friday, July 16, 2010

The government of Costa Rica will regard highways and security as priorities for upcoming talks on cooperation with China.

Projects such as the National Police Academy, repairs to major highways and a railroad “dry canal” will be among the proposals.

Laura Chinchilla, the president, recognizes that security and transport infrastructure are the sectors where the two countries are likely to be in agreement.
