Thomas Cook certifies Nicaragua tourism route

A route called "The Best of Nicaragua" was certified as a sustainable tourism route by multinational firm Thomas Cook.

The route, marked with 100 points by the company for its culture and nature, will be included in Thomas Cook and subsidiary Neckermann's catalogue this year.

Last year some 80,400 European tourists visited Nicaragua, according to the country's authorities.
