Three companies mull investment in Hondutel

LR Group of Israel, Rhino of the United States and Fideco/Datang Mobile of China and Guatemala are interested in acquiring the mobile assets of Hondutel, the Honduran state telecommunications company.
Hondutel's chief executive, Romeo Vásquez, said the company requires a minimum capital injection of some $500 million.
Hondutel is losing $2 million a month, amid major losses in its fixed services.
