Top Guatemalan officials resign amid crisis

Dorval Carías, Guatemala’s finance minister, officially resigned amid a growing crisis in which President Otto Pérez Molina appears to have been involved with the fiscal corruption scheme known as “La Linea”.

Other senior officials also quit amid the growing scandal.
