Tourism Board To Use Facebook and Twitter To Promote Costa Rica
Costa Rica's tourism board will be using the social media to get the message to potential visitors about vacationing in Costa Rica.
The board says Facebook and Twitter have the potential of reaching 110 million people around the world.
Ireth Rodríguez, head of promotions at the board, says that the major target is the U.S. "We are going to promote Costa Rica as a destination, without labels", she said.
