Tourism to Guatemala grows 4.8 percent

Some 939,000 tourists visited Guatemala from January to June this year.

The figure shows a 4.8 percent increase compared to the same period last year, said the Guatemalan Institute for Tourism.

The Institute pointed out that March was the month with most visitors, with a 20 percent increase compared to March 2012.
