Trinidad and El Salvador to advance in trade talks

Trinidad and Tobago and El Salvador will start the second round of negotiations on a partial scope trade agreement between the two countries next month.

The two sides will also negotiate a bilateral investment treaty and a tourism cooperation agreement.

Trinidad and El Salvador held the first round of talks in El Salvador in October, led by Trinidad Ambassador Mervyn Assam.
