Tropical threat to drench Central America into this weekend

A tropical low sitting off the coast of Costa Rica and Nicaragua will drift northwestward through Saturday unleashing heavy rainfall on parts of Central America.

Development into a tropical system is possible through Saturday before the low moves inland across El Salvador and Guatemala.
