Trump studies 20 new percent tax on imports to the US from Mexico

Donald Trump’s White House is pondering plans to pay for its proposed border wall with a 20 percent tax on imports from Mexico.
In what was a frantic day of Mexico-US diplomacy, Trump and Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto each cancelled their upcoming meeting that was meant to clear the air between the two countries.
