U.S. rules seen hitting Nicaragua cigars

A new regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA, could affect Nicaragua's cigar industry.
The rule establishes a new price of $10 as the standard for premium cigars.
"That would have a big impact on the industry," said Gabriel Fernández, manager of Tabacos Cubanica.
