Uber on brink of legality in Costa Rica

The Costa Rican State ought to relate Uber as a remunerated public transport service, say experts consulted by the newspaper La República.

The conclusion is that Uber must be considered as perfectly legal, as a private technological service that fails to fit within the current legal norms for taxis.
