Uber 'partners' in Costa Rica protest

Uber has been very successful in Costa Rica, and a 20 percent reduction in fares has been warmly welcomed by customers.

But the drivers, who Uber insists are “partners”, are distinctly unhappy. Several have mounted a protest.
