Monday, May 9, 2011
United Biofuels of America has developed a program to sell renewable energy farms that could produce the next big export for Costa Rica.
The company is developing a biofuel project that includes jatropha farms.
Jatropha is a non-edible feedstock that contains about 40 percent oil. It grows in marginal land, regenerates the soil and can be intercropped with food crops.
