Urban light train to boost productivity and quality of life in Costa Rica

The government has yet to define a plan to build an urban light train, put studies that have already been undertaken point to a project that could save 50 million working hours a year that would boost the nation’s productivity levels, as well as its quality of life.
Light trains are popular for both authorities and passengers the world over, where at least 100 cities have one.
