US Assistant Secretary of State to visit Costa Rica and Nicaragua this week

A top US official will visit Costa Rica and Nicaragua this week to discuss a variety of issues that require bilateral cooperation.

US Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Arturo A. Valenzuela will embark on the tour on Wednesday.

His first stop will be in Costa Rica's capital, San José. On the next day, he will proceed to Nicaragua and will stay in the country's capital Managua until Friday.
