US company Inter-Mac to finance $100 million affordable housing project in Honduras

US company Inter-Mac is to finance an affordable housing project in Honduras for poor families, under an agreement with the government.

 

The $100 million deal will be signed by the Honduran president, Porfirio Lobo, and the president of Inter-Mac, Xavier Arguello.

 

The two parties have agreed that Inter-Mac will provide financing for low-cost, secure housing for Honduran families that have not been so far unable to acquire housing.
