US urges end to impasse at Tahoe mine in Guatemala

The US embassy called on the Constitutional court to resolve the long-running dispute at the San Rafael mine owned by Canada's Tahoe Resources.

The embassy said that a stable investment climate depends on a framework that depends on repeat for the rule of law.
