Venezuela to cut back on oil support for Nicaragua

Venezuela has claimed that it will maintain supplies of oil to members of its Petrocaribe system despite its domestic economic problems and the slump in oil prices.

But a leading analyst says that the government in Caracas will be unable to fulfill its pledge.
