VivaColombia grows 673 percent in first half

Colombian airline VivaColombia moved 2 million more passengers in the first half this year, compared to the same period last year.

The figure represents a 673 percent growth, beating Copa Airlines in the local market.

According to authorities, VivaColombia's has a 9 percent share of the market, behind Avianca with 54 percent, LAN Colombia with 17 percent, and Copa with 4.9 percent.
