VivaColombia passenger traffic grows 25 percent

Colombian low-cost airline VivaColombia grew 25 percent in terms of passenger traffic in the first quarter this year, compared with the same period last year, the company said.

The figure represents 1 million passengers, compared with 800,000 in the first quarter of 2013.

This year the airline hopes to transport 2.2 million passengers, 22 percent more than in 2013.
