Volaris Houston flight boosts Mexico tourism

Tuesday, January 31, 2017

Global airline connections with Mexico are growing at a record pace. More than 1 million seats are scheduled on new international direct flights from more than 20 countries in 2017, including a new flight from Houston.

Low-cost Mexican airline Volaris announced late last year that it will begin new flights between Bush Intercontinental Airport and Mexico City. Flights will run four times per week beginning March 1. The airline already operates a flight between Houston and Guadalajara.
