Walmart to boost number of stores by a third

Walmart de México y Centroamérica aims to increase by 30 to 40 percent the number of its stores over the next 10 years as part of a plan to double the size of its business over the same period.

At the end of March, Walmart had 3.056 stores, of which 2.345 were in Mexico and the rest in Central America.
