Washington backs mini-businesses in Central America

The ULS State Department announced a "Power to Grow" contest to identify and reward mini-businesses in Gentral America.

The companies have to create jobs in farming, ago industry and textiles. Prizes of up to $43,000 will be awarded for the best proposals.
