World Bank: Panama's foreign debt is reasonable

Panama's foreign debt is currently at $15.3 billion, a number that worries local economists.
However, the World Bank stated the figure is not a matter of concern.
The level of Panama's debt is reasonable and manageable, said the bank's director for Central America, Felipe Jaramillo.
