World Bank unit lends $150 million to finance housing in Colombia

BBVA Colombia has secured a $150 million loan from the International Finance Corporation that will be put toward financing housing loans within the country.
IFC, which is part of the World Bank Group, said that the financing has the ability to help contribute to both the housing sector and the wider economy, specifically the cement, iron, and insurance industries.
