Guatemala's Mundo Maya on screen in Times Square

Guatemala's "Heart of the Mundo Maya" promotion is being screened in New York's Times Square.

Before the arrival in New York of the screening, the campaign on the attractions of Guatemala visited several other US cities.

This will be the second occasion in which Guatemala has done a promotion in Times Square, and this year Miami has been added.

Tourism in Guatemala has recovered from the Fuego explosion in June. Final figures for the year are expected to provide a 13 percent increase in tourism earnings.
