SPi wins call center approval in Nicaragua

Call-center services provider SPi Technologies is gearing up to expand operations in Nicaragua after the government granted approval to set up a delivery center in the Managua free zone.

SPi was one among the four IT/BPO firms that won approval from the Free Zone Management Council.
