Volaris to fly the Costa Rican flag

Volaris, the low-cost Mexican airline, could soon be flying the Costa Rican flag from march, according to Enio Cubillo, director of civil aviation in Central America.

Right now, Volaris is involved in stage three of the certification process as an aviation operator, a company spokesman said.
